			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just like to welcome everyone to our new project. This project has been a long time coming but with new technologies opening up it seems to be the right time to start. We intend social recruiter to be the platform for social staffing. By social stafffing lets define some of the problems we see with the current staffing industry and how we feel that we can address them.</p>
<p>Referrals&#8230; Most recruiters deeply depend on referrals friends and other professionals to get contacts and find the best candidate for the job. Referrals are the lifes blood of recruiting. Typically recruiters will give small commissions usually of 1k dollars. These small commission are not normally tracked and are rarely paid out unless the contact is a close friend or regular coworker with the recruiter making these offers. In the world of social networking and social contacts your network is your social capitol. If you belive this network hold intrinsic value then a price is placed on that value in the recruiting industry.</p>
<p>Some of the current job sites that allow HR departments and recruiting firms to contact people charge large exorbant fees to contact potental clients. They are selling our personal contacts and personal networks without our permission by allowing 3rd partys to pay to access larger numbers of people and allow them to send messages directly to them. SocailRecruiter.net intends to share the wealth and put value in your contacts and allow individuals who are good networkers to find, network, rank, rate their own friends and colleges.</p>
<p>When one recruiter recieves a contract for a new hire.. Social recruiter will track the process from start to finish. Also Social Recruiter will be able to allow tracking of where a contact came from and who the first person to reccommend a specific person for a job was. In some cases the same person might be reccommended by two different people. In this instance we hope to identify this and this way the party who deserves the commisson will be paid accordingly. Since we will define the rules of the recruiting fees each person involved will know where they stand when the deal is done. This will provide clarity and also allow recruiters to rate each other in the event that a recruiter does not pay a referal for a contact.</p>
<p>Once a contact has been shared you will also forever know where that contact came from and know that a commission is due for that referal.</p>
