Referrals… Most recruiters deeply depend on referrals friends and other professionals to get contacts and find the best candidate for the job. Referrals are the lifes blood of recruiting. Typically recruiters will give small commissions usually of 1k dollars. These small commission are not normally tracked and are rarely paid out unless the contact is a close friend or regular coworker with the recruiter making these offers. In the world of social networking and social contacts your network is your social capitol.
